Bottling
Our modern bottling facility can accommodate delivery of cask, drum, IBC or tanker and can store, blend and prepare all spirit types, pre-bottling. Our extensive bottling capabilities consist of manual, semi-automatic and automatic bottling-lines catering for all production run-sizes. From single cask short-runs to multi-case long-runs covering a wide range of bottle shapes and sizes from 3cl and 5cl miniatures to 6ltr bottles.
Bottle Sleeving
QAS have two state of the art bottle sleeving lines in our Linwood location capable of sleeving all shape and size bottles from 5cl to 1.75 litre. A new bottle sleeving line has been installed in our Kirkcaldy location to complement our bottling operation. Bottle sleeving offers an extremely cost effective and simple solution allowing customers to differentiate their products and brands
