the Bottle!

QAS Group have expanded our service offering and now have 3 bottling lines available to our customers:

Line 1

A new manual-line, operating at around 20 bottles per minute and capable of running a variety of bottle sizes and shapes, with cork and capsule (spun or shrink), ROPP application and wet-glue or self-adhesive (PSL) labelling. The line is non-contact wherever possible, minimising the requirement for change-parts, and therefore, importantly, we only require around 2 weeks or so to obtain change-parts.

Line 2

Features a state-of-the-art positive-pressure Monobloc with both ROPP and cork application capability, an automatic capsule applicator – for spun on or heat-shrink capsules – and the latest design PE Labeller, plus a packing-station, and case-sealer capable of bottling all shapes and sizes ranging from 20cl to 2 litres at up to 50bpm.

Line 3

A full refurbished miniature line capable of producing in excess of 100 bottles per minute on 5cl and 10cl glass and PET bottles. Our modern bottling facility can accommodate delivery of cask, drum, IBC or tanker and can store, blend and prepare all spirit types, pre-bottling. Our extensive bottling capabilities consist of manual, semi-automatic and automatic bottling-lines catering for all production run-sizes. From single cask short-runs to multi-case long-runs covering a wide range of bottle shapes and sizes from 3cl and 5cl miniatures to 6ltr bottles.
